Ecorse Raiders (Ecorse, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI), 16-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ecorse upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Summit Academy (Romulus, MI) to battle the Dragons in a CSC/MMAC test on Monday, May 15. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 10-4. Summit Academy won 21-2 in their recent league test against Trillium Academy (Taylor, MI)

With the defeat, Thurston falls to 6-13 on the season. The Eagles travel to Robichaud (Dearborn Heights, MI) to battle the Bulldogs in a Western Wayne test on Monday, May 15. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-4.
