In Friday's league game, the host Greenwich Cardinals baseball team scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Wilton Warriors.
The Cardinals (6-11) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT). The Cadets go into the Fairfield County game with a 13-5 record. In their last game, St. Joseph tipped Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT), 4-3, in a league game.
The Warriors (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Darien (Darien, CT). The Blue Wave go into the Fairfield County game with a 8-9 record.
