The Hughesville Spartans crushed the visiting Northwest Area Rangers baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Muncy for a non-league bout on Monday, May 15. Hughesville will face a Indians team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, PA). The Indians record now stands at 13-5.
