Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Barrington tips Cranston East

May 12, 2023: Barrington, RI 02806

In Friday's non-league battle, the host Barrington Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Cranston East Thunderbolts.

The Eagles (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against Westerly (Westerly, RI). The Bulldogs come into the Division 2 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Westerly nudged Toll Gate (Warwick, RI), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Thunderbolts encounter the South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI) in a Division 1 (State) battle, on Monday, May 15. Cranston East will attempt to move on its 4-12 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 2-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI).
