Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Latin Romans (Chicago, IL), 9-0 in a non-league battle.
The Dons now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Nazareth Academy for a battle on Monday, May 15. Niles Notre Dame will clash with a Roadrunners squad coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 1-5.
In their next game, the Romans clash with the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 13. Latin will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
