In Friday's non-league test, the host Canal Winchester Indians lacrosse squad scored a good 13-5 victory over the Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies.
The Indians now have a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westerville South for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 17. Canal Winchester will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Bexley (Columbus, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-11.
In their next game, the Johnnies face the Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 16. Johnstown-Monroe will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 4-11 record after their 11-7 league loss to Granville (Granville, OH).

Seniors Ty Bowman (Def), Chase Bowman (Att.), Brendon Nickerson (M), and Zane Fenn (M) played their last home game of their high school careers. Senior Chase Bowman had 2 goals while Senior Brendon Nickerson had 1 goal. Junior Attackman Harlee Hanna led the team with 5 goals while Freshman Middie Tyler Papaj had his best game of the season with 3 goals and 2 assists.
