The Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC) softball the host Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC), 4-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Rebels (12-6) will now prepare for their bout against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The War Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 19-6 record. In their last bout, Gray Collegiate Academy held off Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 17-8 record. They play next when they travel to Strom Thurmond for a non-league bout on Monday, May 15. Chesnee will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 23-4.
