The Duanesburg Eagles routed the host Oppenheim-Ephratah Hawks softball squad by a final score of 14-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Brookfield Central (Brookfield, NY). The Beavers go into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Brookfield Central was routed by Stockbridge Valley (Munnsville, NY), 6-0, in a league battle.

The Hawks now possess a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Little Falls for a non-league battle on Monday, May 15. Oppenheim-Ephratah will meet a Mounties squad coming off a 34-5 non-league win over Dolgeville (Dolgeville, NY). The Mounties record now stands at 5-9.
