Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Noble Knights (Berwick, ME), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Portland for a Class A South challenge on Saturday, May 13. Gorham will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 20-12 league win over Falmouth (Falmouth, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Noble falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Deering (Portland, ME) to face the Rams in a Class A South challenge on Monday, May 15. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 1-9. Deering lost 22-1 in their recent league challenge against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME)
