The Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) baseball trounced the host Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN), 9-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 19-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin Central for a Hoosier Crossroads challenge on Thursday, May 15. Fishers will clash with a Flashes team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN). The Flashes record now stands at 4-15.
With the defeat, Yorktown drops to 9-11 on the year. The Tigers host Oak Hill (Converse, IN) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. The Golden Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 14-7.
