The Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) baseball the visiting Somonauk Bobcats (Somonauk, IL), 6-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now own a 18-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kewanee for a Three Rivers challenge on Tuesday, May 13. Hall will clash with a Boilermakers team coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Monmouth United (Monmouth, IL). The Boilermakers record now stands at 11-16.
With the defeat, Somonauk drops to 11-10 on the year. The Bobcats host Newark (Newark, IL) to clash with the Norsemen in a Little Ten challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Norsemen go into the challenge with a record of 11-17. Newark lost 12-3 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Bede (Peru, IL)
