In Monday's non-league bout, the Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE), by a tally of 10-1.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 16. Indian River will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Auks enter the bout with a 8-9 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE).
The Cavaliers (6-10) will now prepare for their bout against Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Ravens enter the non-league bout with a 10-5 record.
