The Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME) baseball got by the visiting Poland Knights (Poland, ME), 1-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oxford Hills for a Class A North challenge on Wednesday, May 14. Lewiston will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 18-2 league win over Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, Poland drops to 2-5 on the year. The Knights travel to York (York, ME) to clash with the Wildcats in a Class B South challenge on Friday, May 16. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 6-2. York lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME)
