The Southern Columbia Area Tigers (Catawissa, PA) baseball got by the host Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES (Mount Carmel, PA), 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 15-4 record.
With the defeat, Mount Carmel drops to 13-4 on the year. The Red tornadoes host Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 6-11. Shamokin Area won 8-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sugar Valley Rural (Loganton, PA)
