The Nashua South Purple Panthers baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Salem Blue Devils to 2 in the Purple Panthers league win on Monday.

The Purple Panthers now own a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Pinkerton for a Division I test on Tuesday, May 13. Nashua South will play a Astros team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Manchester Central (Manchester, NH). The Astros record now stands at 10-0.

With the defeat, Salem drops to 7-7 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Concord (Concord, NH) to play the Crimson Tide in a Division I test on Tuesday, May 13. The Crimson Tide go into the test with a record of 4-8.
