The St. Francis Fighting Saints baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Rocori Spartans to 3 in the Fighting Saints non-league win on Monday.
The Fighting Saints now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Becker for a Mississippi 8 test on Tuesday, May 13. St. Francis will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-8 league loss to Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-8.
With the defeat, Rocori drops to 11-3 on the year. The Spartans travel to Alexandria (Alexandria, MN) to play the Cardinals in a Central Lakes test on Thursday, May 15. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 10-5.
