The Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) baseball trounced the host Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL), 13-3 in Monday's league challenge.
The Thunderbirds now own a 12-10 record. They take the field next when they host Bloom for a Southland challenge on Monday, May 19.
With the defeat, Thornridge drops to 1-16 on the year. The Falcons travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a Southland challenge on Monday, May 19. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 17-11.
