The Chariho Chargers volleyball squad (Wood River Junction, RI), was defeated 2-0 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI)

With the win, Coventry improves its record to 12-1 on the season. The Oakers travel to North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI) to encounter the Skippers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 14. The Skippers go into the battle with a record of 5-5.

The Chargers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Greenwich for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15.
