The Johnston Panthers volleyball squad (Johnston, RI), was defeated 3-1 in Monday's league battle with the visiting West Warwick Wizards (West Warwick, RI)

With the win, West Warwick improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Wizards host Lincoln (Lincoln, RI) to encounter the Lions in a Division 2 battle on Monday, May 19. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 13-1.

The Panthers now own a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westerly for a Division 2 battle on Wednesday, May 14. Johnston will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Central Falls (Central Falls, RI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
