Lockport Lions (Lockport, NY) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY), 26-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Lockport improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Kenmore East (Tonawanda, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 11-2. Kenmore East won 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Lancaster (Lancaster, NY)

The Wolverines now have a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Seneca West for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. Niagara Falls will play a Warhawks team coming off a 24-6 non-league win over Lockport (Lockport, NY). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-7.
