In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Barnegat Bengals lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 triumph over the Jackson Memorial Jaguars.

The Bengals (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ). The Bucs go into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Red Bank Regional held off East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ), 11-3, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars clash with the Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 14. Jackson Memorial will attempt to better on its 1-14 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 17-6 league loss to Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ).
