In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Nashua South Purple Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 triumph over the Keene Blackbirds.

The Purple Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Salem (Salem, NH). The Blue Devils go into the Division I challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Salem held off Manchester Memorial (Manchester, NH), 14-4, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blackbirds clash with the Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 16. Keene will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Blue Hawks go into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 11-6 league loss to Bedford (Bedford, NH).
