In Monday's non-league test, the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) softball squad got by the host Eureka Hornets (Eureka, IL), by a tally of 5-4.
Next, the Saints clash with the Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 13. Bloomington Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 20-10 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 20-4 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, IL).
The Hornets (12-14) will now prepare for their test against Clinton (Clinton, IL). The Maroons go into the non-league test with a 5-15 record. In their last test, Clinton was nudged by Rantoul (Rantoul, IL), 6-2, in a non-league test.
