In Monday's league match, the visiting Conant Orioles softball team scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Fall Mountain Wildcats.

The Orioles (6-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH). The Saints go into the Division III match with a 10-0 record. In their last match, St. Thomas Aquinas tipped Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH), 19-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Monadnock Huskies (East Swanzey, NH) in a Division III match, on Wednesday, May 14. Fall Mountain will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Huskies go into the match with a 9-1 record after their 2-0 league loss to Newport (Newport, NH).
