Minnesota High School Softball - Elk River bounces St. Cloud Cathedral

In Monday's non-league match, the host Elk River Elks softball team scored a tight 7-3 win over the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders.
The Elks (4-15) will now prepare for their match against Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Royals come into the Northwest Suburban match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Rogers nipped Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN), 3-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Crusaders confront the Pierz Pioneers (Pierz, MN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 13. St. Cloud Cathedral will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record.
