The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Triton Central Tigers (Fairland, IN) and the visiting Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN), observed Triton Central's softball team get by Greenfield-Central by a tally of 6-1.

The Tigers (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter (Indianapolis, IN). The Raiders go into the Indiana Crossroads bout with a 7-10 record. In their last bout, Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter tipped Greenwood Christian Academy (Greenwood, IN), 12-11, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Pendleton Heights Arabians (Pendleton, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Greenfield-Central will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Arabians go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 9-5 league win over Mt. Vernon (Fortville, IN).
