New Jersey High School Softball - Matawan Regional succumbs to Howell

May 12, 2025: Aberdeen, NJ 07747

In Monday's non-league test, the Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ), by a tally of 12-1.

Next, the Rebels clash with the Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 13. Howell will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 14-3 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Middletown South (Middletown, NJ).

The Huskies (9-10) will now prepare for their test against South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 10-2 record.
