Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL), 12-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pike County improves its record to 9-21 on the year.

The Mustangs now hold a 12-16 record. They play next when they travel to Pike Liberal Arts for a non-league game on Monday, May 12. Isabella will play a Patriots squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Zion Chapel (Jack, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 18-12.
