The Kennedy Eagles softball squad (Waterbury, CT), was routed 15-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT)

With the triumph, Seymour improves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT) to face the Terriers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 13. The Terriers enter the contest with a record of 9-4. Rocky Hill lost 7-5 in their recent league contest against Maloney (Meriden, CT)

The Eagles now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they host St. Paul Catholic for a Naugatuck Valley - Brass contest on Tuesday, May 13. Kennedy will face a Falcons squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 11-2.
