New York High School Softball - Le Roy bounces Pavilion

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Le Roy Oatkan Knights softball team scored a tight 6-1 win over the Pavilion Golden Gophers.
The Oatkan Knights (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Avon (Avon, NY). The Braves come into the Livingston County Division 2 match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Avon was routed by Keshequa (Nunda, NY), 4-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Golden Gophers confront the Wayland-Cohocton Eagles (Wayland, NY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 13. Pavilion will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 11-1 record after their 17-4 non-league win over Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY).
