Ohio High School Softball - Ross sneaks past St. Joseph Central Catholic

In Monday's non-league match, the host Ross Little Giants softball team scored a tight 9-8 win over the St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks.
The Little Giants (11-10) will now prepare for their match against Northview (Sylvania, OH). The Wildcats come into the Northern Lakes match with a 14-7 record. In their last match, Northview was nipped by Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH), 4-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Crimson Streaks confront the Port Clinton Redskins (Port Clinton, OH) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, May 14. St. Joseph Central Catholic will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Redskins come into the match with a 12-12 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Edison (Milan, OH).
