Indiana High School Softball - Springs Valley succumbs to Tell City

In Monday's non-league test, the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Springs Valley Blackhawks (French Lick, IN), by a tally of 15-4.
Next, the Marksmen meet the Tecumseh Braves (Lynnville, IN) in a Pocket test, on Wednesday, May 14. Tell City will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Braves go into the test with a 18-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Princeton (Princeton, IN).
The Blackhawks (7-8) will now prepare for their test against North Daviess (Elnora, IN). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, North Daviess was routed by Orleans (Orleans, IN), 6-4, in a non-league test.
