Indiana High School Baseball - Lapel defeats Beech Grove

The Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN) baseball trounced the visiting Beech Grove Hornets (Beech Grove, IN), 14-8 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Guerin Catholic for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 13. Lapel will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 17-2.

With the defeat, Beech Grove drops to 10-10 on the year. The Hornets travel to Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 14. The Golden Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 17-3. Guerin Catholic lost 12-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Lapel (Lapel, IN)
