The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Killingly Trailblazers (Killingly, CT) and the visiting Putnam Clippers (Putnam, CT), observed Killingly's softball team notch a victory over Putnam by a tally of 12-0.

The Trailblazers (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Saints go into the non-league bout with a 4-14 record. In their last bout, St. Bernard was routed by Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT), 15-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Clippers battle the Wheeler Lions (North Stonington, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 13. Putnam will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 22-0 league win over Tourtellotte (North Grosvenordale, CT).
