The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Maple Shade Wildcats (Maple Shade, NJ) and the host Pemberton Hornets (Pemberton, NJ), observed Maple Shade's softball team notch a victory over Pemberton by a final score of 17-7.

The Wildcats (9-9) will now prepare for their bout against Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ). The go into the non-league bout with a 14-12 record. In their last bout, Gloucester County Tech gained a win over Delsea (Franklinville, NJ), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
