The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) and the visiting Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), saw Lincoln-Way East's volleyball squad beat Andrew by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lincoln-Way East upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Griffins host Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL) to play the Raiders in a Southwest Suburban bout on Tuesday, May 18. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-6.

The Thunderbolts now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Lincoln-Way West for a Southwest Suburban bout on Tuesday, May 18. Andrew will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 11-4.
