Kentucky High School Baseball - Union County gets by McLean County

May 13, 2022: Morganfield, KY 42437

Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY), 8-6 in a non-league test.

With the win, Union County upgrades its record to 17-16 on the season. The Braves travel to Warren East (Bowling Green, KY) to battle the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, May 14. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 23-12. Warren East won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Glasgow (Glasgow, KY)

With the defeat, McLean County falls to 11-17 on the season. The Cougars travel to Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, May 14. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 6-11.
