Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Fossil Ridge Sabercats (Fort Collins, CO), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bruins confront the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 16. Cherry Creek will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 15-0 record after their 1-1 non-league Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO).
The Sabercats now have a 11-4 record.
