Unity Christian Crusaders (Hudsonville, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Crusaders now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Coopersville for a Ottawa-Kent - Blue challenge on Tuesday, May 17.

With the loss, South Christian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Sailors host Christian (Grand Rapids, MI) to face the Eagles in a Ottawa-Kent - White challenge on Saturday, May 14. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
