The Brooklyn Hurricanes baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Bedford Bearcats to 1 in the Hurricanes non-league victory on Saturday.
The Hurricanes (4-15) will now prepare for their match against Bard Early College (Cleveland, OH). The Raptors go into the non-league match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Bard Early College was overwhelmed by Lincoln West (Cleveland, OH), 9-2, in a league match.
The Bearcats (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Lorain (Lorain, OH). The Titans go into the Lake Erie match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Lorain gained a win over Clearview (Lorain, OH), 6-5, in a non-league match.
