Michigan High School Baseball - Grosse Pointe South loses to Edison Academy

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Edison Academy Pioneers baseball team scored a tight 9-5 victory over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Pioneers (12-2) will now prepare for their game against Franklin (Livonia, MI). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 18-5 record. In their last game, Franklin tipped Belleville (Belleville, MI), 11-1, in a league game.
The Blue Devils (16-7) will now prepare for their game against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the Macomb Area - Red game with a 5-14 record. In their last game, Utica Eisenhower was overwhelmed by Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI), 4-0, in a non-league game.
