In Saturday's non-league battle, the host St. Charles North North Stars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lake Forest Scouts.
The North Stars (13-17) will now prepare for their battle against Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Hilltoppers come into the non-league battle with a 32-2 record. In their last battle, Glenbard West lost by Lyons (LaGrange, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Scouts clash with the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 16. Lake Forest will attempt to advance on its 1-30 season record. The Sequoits come into the battle with a 27-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Warren Township (Gurnee, IL).
