In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Deering Rams lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Fryeburg Raiders.
The Rams now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gorham for a non-league test on Monday, May 15. Deering will face a Rams squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Messalonskee (Oakland, ME). The Rams record now stands at 3-5.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 20. Fryeburg will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record.
