The Westhill Vikings the host Stamford Black Knights lacrosse team by a score of 8-4 in Saturday's league match.
With the win, Westhill upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Vikings host St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT) to play the Cadets in a Fairfield County match on Monday, May 15. The Cadets go into the match with a record of 11-4. St. Joseph won 17-1 in their recent non-league match against Masuk (Monroe, CT)
With the defeat, Stamford drops to 6-7 on the season. The Black knights host Warde (Fairfield, CT) to play the Mustangs in a Fairfield County match on Tuesday, May 16. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 6-8.
