Indiana High School Softball - Loogootee loses to Barr-Reeve

May 13, 2023: Montgomery, IN 47558

The Barr-Reeve Vikings softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Loogootee Lions to 3 in the Vikings league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Barr-Reeve improves its record to 20-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to South Knox (Vincennes, IN) to clash with the Spartans in a Blue Chip game on Monday, May 15. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 9-8. South Knox won 12-2 in their recent non-league game against Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN) in a Blue Chip game, on Monday, May 15. Loogootee will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 3-11 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to North Posey (Poseyville, IN).
