Caravel Buccaneers (Bear, DE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Pennsbury Falcons (Fairless Hills, PA), 9-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Buccaneers now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they host Conrad Science for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 15.

With the loss, Pennsbury falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Council Rock South (Holland, PA) to battle the Golden Hawks in a Suburban One - National challenge on Monday, May 15. The Golden Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 8-4. Council Rock South won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Archbishop Wood (Warminster, PA)
