The Howell Highlanders softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Heritage Hawks to 0 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Howell moves its record to 16-10 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI) to play the Railsplitters in a non-league game on Saturday, May 13. The Railsplitters come into the game with a record of 10-5. Lincoln lost 5-3 in their recent non-league game against Clinton (Clinton, MI)

In their next game, the Hawks play the Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) in a Saginaw Valley game, on Wednesday, May 17. Heritage will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Bobcats come into the game with a 20-1 record after their 13-3 league win over Davison (Davison, MI).
