In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Ocean Township Spartans baseball team scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Brick Township Green Dragons.
The Spartans (15-8) will now prepare for their game against Central Regional (Bayville, NJ). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league game with a 4-15 record. In their last game, Central Regional tipped Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
The Green Dragons (8-12) will now prepare for their game against Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 9-13 record. In their last game, Howell tipped Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ), 5-2, in a non-league game.
