The Pequannock Golden Panthers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Morris Catholic Crusaders to 1 in the Golden Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Golden Panthers (12-8) will now prepare for their match against Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ). The Hornets go into the NJAC - Liberty match with a 13-7 record. In their last match, Hanover Park was overwhelmed by Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ), 4-2, in a non-league outing.
Next, the Crusaders confront the Mountain Lakes Lakers (Mountain Lakes, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 14. Morris Catholic will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Lakers go into the outing with a 9-11 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ).
