Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME), 17-2 in a league battle.
The Eagles now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lewiston for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 16. Messalonskee will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 12-8 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-5.
In their next game, the Windjammers clash with the Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 15. Camden Hills will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 8-3 league win over Houlton (Houlton, ME).
